The service stuff is very gentle and have a nice big lobby.
Clóset space could be better and there was no iron in the room, other that that was all good.

The property is in a great location. It's very central and is near a hop on hop off bus stop. It's walking distance from several attractions.
The hotel is not being maintained properly. There is a clear need for some basic maintenance. My room's bathroom sink and bathtub had clear cracks, and there were stains on the wall for example. The open time of the gym is really silly; it's open at times when guests will normally be out and about, which negates its usefulness completely. These comments have been made by other guests in past reviews haven't been addressed at all.
